He didn't make the decision to "admit" them into nursing homes, he REQUIRED nursing homes to take them.

THIS right after he admitted that he would not send his mother to a nursing home.

THIS right after he asked Trump for help and Trump sent fully equipped Navy hospital ships to take these patients.

The only reason he asked for help was because he didn't think Trump could provide that help and he wanted to use his request as "proof" that Trump was incompetent. But, then Trump did the impossible and delivered.

THEN, despite having these floating hospitals at his disposal, he refused to use them because he didn't want to have to give Trump any credit in helping during the crisis.

SO, he REQUIRED nursing homes to take these COVID patients -- which DIRECTLY resulted in thousands of deaths. The ONE PLACE that COVID patients should have been barred from is NURSING HOMES.


I don't know New York criminal law, but this SHOULD BE MURDER. If what Derek Chauvin did was murder, than this should merit twice the penalty that Chauvin gets. At the VERY, VERY, VERY F*CKING LEAST, it's negligent and/or intentional disregard for the life of another human being whom that person is directly responsible for.

AND, whenever the issue of mass murderers comes up, Conservatives should point out that the greatest confirmed mass murderer in American history is Andrew Cuomo. He MURDERED THOUSANDS. The only person who can probably come close is sHitlary but hers haven't been confirmed.

Cuomo should be in front of a human rights council right now in chains, and then once pronounced guilty of crimes against humanity and mass murder, take him out back, shoot him in the head, and throw him down a manhole to be consumed by rats and maggots like he deserves.
