Looks more trustworthy way of tabulating votes than what I saw last November

95% at least of the contested ballots will be "yes"

Key will be, will Amazon be able to prove they are not legit ballots?

So NLRB is calling it a night with a little less than half of the votes tallied in the amazon union election in Alabama.
Right now it's:
1100 no to 463
The no votes have been leading by more than 2 to 1 margint. Tough gap for union to close.
Counting resumes tomorrow.

Why don't they stay until the job is done??

Here comes the fix...

Seems like it took them 3-4 hours to count half. So it's 7 pm in DC, so assume they started at 3-4 pm.

If they don't want to stay late, why not just start at 8 am eastern tomorrow and knock it out in one day?

This is how conspiracy theories are born.

Please forgive my ignorance of unions, but aren’t they supposed to be good? My guess is that they vote yes, they move it out of Alabama.

Unions served a purpose at one time, but have become corrupt and self serving.

Unions overwhelming support the Democrat party. That is all that I need to know about them.

Unions are the reason we have labor laws now and you cannot be forced to do an absurdly dangerous job without reasonable safety precautions in place. But...... Now days, the Union reps only care about getting money and will shake hands on awful contract negotiations with corporations to get it.

Ask Wal-Mart why there are no butchers (meat markets) in their stores.

Unions used to have their purpose for sure and were good for the workers. But with OSHA safety standards, HR to take care of big business personnel issues and competitive wages to get good people, unions have been outdated for 30 years.

Now, unions are all about getting money into the pockets of the union reps by leveraging the workers pockets. They will strike for a week or two to get a 10 cent raise and a day off a year. Meanwhile, the reps are still getting paid handsomely.

While I detest labor unions, since this is Amazon,I'll make an exception. If Jeff Bezos is against it, I'm for it. Anything that hurts Amazon is a good thing.

They were once a great thing for the working man. They are labor extortion companies now.

How much do you think union reps get paid?

It really isn’t that much

The last time I ever shopped for meat in a Wal Mart, the morons there were selling tilapia labeled as salmon (and priced accordingly).
