All states are under Presidential declaration of disaster?

We are actually under three separate emergency declarations due to the virus currently and they're still ongoing. What are his extended powers? The list is exhaustive. They're vast.

Awhile back I made a thread taking a look at his powers under the Stafford Act and I think that that single act alone grants him like an additional 140 powers he didn't have before. For instance, he could at any time now, assume total control over the media. The fact that he hasn't done this flies in the face of the idiot leftists trying to claim he is a would-be dictator.
