“Flogging their new Peacock special, “Unidentified” — in which the Disney alum seeks to “uncover the truth about the UFO phenomena” alongside sister Dallas Lovato and best friend Matthew Scott Montgomery — Lovato explained to Australian outlet PEDESTRIAN.tv last week that “‘I think that we have to stop calling them aliens because aliens is a derogatory term for anything.’”
“‘That’s why I like to call them ETs!,” the 29-year-old continued. “‘So yeah, that’s a little tidbit. A little information that I learned.’”

I’ve seen people on ufo videos claim this. Claimed the aliens she was channeling said this. It’s hilarious. Talk about completely exposing your lie. Why are we putting human traits/nouns/adjectives on to aliens? Why would they care? They presumably don’t use our language. Does your dog care if you call him “pussy” or “cat”. No, of course not, because they don’t understand it

Why is she trying to speak for them? Does she really expect us to buy that she has any real proof that they exist?
Here’s an idea, let them tell us what they want us to call them. Let them speak for themselves.

Paraphrasing Adam Carolla who recently said something to the effect that this is actually what we should want our crazy people doing. Send them off looking for ghosts, or aliens, or chemtrails or whatever. It's this, or talking about actual public policy where they may accidently do real harm. Better to have them focused or complete horseshite.

Yes,
I disagree. People were less likely to believe stupid shite like this. Social Justice as it's known today is purely a social media fad.
