You could have been a person maybe twenty years ago who could be a true moderate. The parties aren’t that close any more. I. My lifetime the conservatives have moved a bit left and liberals have gone WAY left.

Yeah, I haven't followed Dave closely enough to really know his politics. But, he seems like a Boston liberal at heart. However, the left has gone completely insane with cancel culture and his business is the opposite of that. So, it's natural he did things like appearances on Tucker. He didn't like the Roe reversal decision, big deal. He is probably a 2004 liberal like Taibbi, Greenwald, Rogan, Russell Brand, etc. We should not shite on those guys. They are the only honest ones on the left.

I find Dave Portnoy highly entertaining and I cheered for his crusade against Business Insider. That said I have also noticed some subtle clues that in his romantic life, he is a bit wild and pursues women that might not be the most normal. They seem to be very attractive and very nuts.
Old boy should shift gears and meet a nice Bama Chi Omega class of 2015 that loves SEC football and has her own thing going on.
