North Korea very obviously wont disarm, they wont destroy a single bullet, even if they sign a treaty saying otherwise. no one can possibly be naive enough to think they would.

all this will do is embolden them, trump will have essentially vouched for them. if the international community accuses them of working on new weapons, trump will have to say they arent, because we signed a treaty, he would never admit that he was duped, and all of his dimwitted supporters will play along.
