Roy Moore will never actually sue because then all of his dirty laundry would get aired out under oath in court.

The Moore case is a perfect example of selective outrage

Moore won’t file any suit. He’ll keep threatening and saying “In the process of suing.”

So if they deny the allegations that means they are absolved, right?

Moore should be good to go then.

While Gloria refuses to release the proof of Moore's guilt, all there is right now is hearsay. The threat of a lawsuit is just as good as a lawsuit, itself, right now.

Hey wait, wasn't Trump also supposed to sue his accusers? Hmmmm...

I'd tend to agree. However, that assumes dirty laundry in the first place.

Ultimately, the problem Moore faces is the same one his accusers face. Proof is difficult, perhaps impossible, due to passage of time. But unless the paper moved beyond simply citing accusations, there seems little he could legitimately sue for Al.com anyway.

To the voters, it seems to be. Moore isn't trying to convince news agencies of his innocence. He's trying to convince voters.

Or, he will sue and dismiss after the election.

For what it's worth (probably not much), I deleted my al.com app and have not clicked on any al.com links over the past week due to their handling of this whole thing. This is a pretty big sacrifice for me given that it is Iron Bowl week!

I'm sure Marc Kasowitz is preparing the documents as we speak.
