After tonight is there any chance that Biden goes forward in a debate?

Trump was in mid season form and hasn’t even had a primary to practice.

This was perfect for Trump. The questions aren't going to get substantially harder for him but Biden will be put on the spot. Trump is authentic and the only way for Biden to hold his own is to read from a teleprompter his answers that he gets ahead of time. It won't be authentic at all.

Biden has to read scripted questions on a teleprompter; no way he meets Trump man to man on a stage. The old Biden would throw a punch...the new Biden will brain freeze.

Yep. The press briefings have been great training for Trump because he gets the fake news media to ask all of their gotcha questions BEFORE the debates. He knows what to expect going into the debates and already has answers ready. And he doesn't lose his cool because he used to them.

IF there are debates Trump won’t be debating Biden as much as he will be debating the Moderator. That model was proven tonight with the constant interruptions by Stephonopopopolous. Steph’s Biden interview was much more softball.

They're gonna have Biden debate Trump, lose all of them, then play the old switcheroo and have Biden and Harris swap places as VPs.
Better to not have Trump crush the actual candidate on stage. Biden is their lamb to the sacrifice.
