"I want to discuss this with my constituents and my colleagues before I make a final judgment on it," he replied. "But there are a couple of really important things we need to think about.

"And one is, are we prepared to say that soliciting foreign interference, conditioning official acts like $400 million of taxpayer money, White House meetings to get political favors is somehow now compatible with the office? Because if we do, it's basically carte blanche for this president and anyone who comes after him. But are we also prepared to say that Congress will tolerate the complete stonewalling of an impeachment inquiry or our oversight? Because if we do, it'll mean that the impeachment clause is a complete nullity and... our oversight ability, is really an ability in name only."

He knows they are losing the battle of public opinion.

They are going to try to figure out how to put it down but still look like they won.

This just blows my mind. Had they stuck to two days of "evidence" and just voted at the end of the 2nd day, he's impeached and the Dems have a win.

If they vote for impeachment at least 28 democrats will vote no

Enough to make it fail

Democrats do not want this going to the Senate where all hell will break loose on them

They have to have a crime before they have evidence. They polled for the crime to be 'bribery'-that failed after 'quid pro quo'. Even the democrats can't go in the basement SCIF and over turn an election. Put the bad pot pipe down and get back to reality.

What is this guy's fricking problem?

"Before I make my final judgment."

Dude is chairman of the intelligence committee. He isn't a judge.

Dude is in a world of shite right now and he has the audacity to speak as if he is in charge of some shite.

We heard from someone who heard from someone else that Trump committed a quid pro quo. Wait no, bribery. Wait no, extortion. Ironclad I tell you!

Translation: How dare a Republican President even think about doing what Joe Biden did? Who does he think he is?

We will not tolerate this President defending himself with facts or witnesses or official transcripts! Not on my watch!

They can vote on articles of impeachment and never vote to send the articles to the Senate.

SJW take note. If you're going to be a bully & pick a fight, you better win.

If you don't win, take your being grabbed by your pussy like a man and move on.

I hope that this goes to full trial in the Senate. If it does the Democrats are going to be destroyed. Schiff is stupid enough to procede. The only question is has Pelosi backed herself into such a scenario that she has to ride the Schiff train wreck to the end. Nancy is totally screwed either way. And I love it.

Schiff is f'ing delusional, intoxicated with power. He's like Napoleon at Waterloo, and Jim Jordan with the Republican Prosecutor's destroyed everything Schiff threw at them.
