-In July 2016... Strokz opens an investigation into Pap. Keep in mind this is NOT a FISA. This is the FBI investigating.

-In Sept 2016, The FBI plants a story based on the dossier and Yahoo writes it.

-In Oct 2016, The FBI uses both the Dossier and Yahoo Article (as if to confirm it) and are issued a FISA.
