The more the dems stamp their feet and create outlandish strawmen the worse they look.
I watched almost all of the proceedings today and she EVISCERATED everyone. Calm, cool, sexy and sharp as a tack.
Trump hit it out of the park with this nomination. The dems literally have nothing but muh feelings.
Watching that Kennedy clip over again..wow. I thought Cruz won the day until that exchange. He made Harris look utterly and completely vacuous.
The combined intellectual IQ of every democrat on stage today doesn't add up to double digits.

The problem Democrats have is that they are ADVOCATES of ACTIVISTS judges who push their agenda onto the American people who would reject it at the ballot box.
Therefore they think the other side is pushing activists judges too. They are trying to portray her as just as activists as RBG was and Kagan and Sotomayor ARE!
But she’s not an activist, she’s a Constitutionalis. This makes them look weak, stupid, and incompetent. Their problem is that most of the liberal agenda in acted by the Court is ACTIVISTS and not CONSTITUTIONAL.

I think Trump knew that she was a Home Run and that Kavanaugh was going to be a battle. So, put Kavanaugh up first and see if he gets through. He always had her to replace him if his nomination fell through and she was the perfect RBG replacement.
