If someone is putting pressure on your neck so that you can’t breath don’t you think you are going to be squirming trying to get out of that position so you can breath?

That is terrible.
It should take about a week to do an autopsy and thoroughly investigate the matter.
Then the cops should be charged and severely punished according to their crime.

Hell, even if he is resisting being put in the car, put cuffs around his ankles or zip ties to keep him from getting up and leave him face down on the ground, but get off his fricking neck...
