Roe was terrible law.
I believe the legal justification for Roe was very lacking

It’s a State issue.
Dobbs did not address this. I already explained this above. It is very likely something that can fall within federal regulation.

What happens now is up to individual states. You know that.
I was answering this question

Please explain to us how Trump unilaterally did that.
As I showed, Trump ran on this in 2016 and claims unilateral credit in 2024 for Dobbs. He can't run from Roe being overturned.

I am pro-life, but if we want to win, we need to acknowledge that, unfortunately, being pro-life is an overall losing strategy
Why do you think we pushed it to the states? We know it is a losing strategy nationally. That's why Republicans keep saying it is a state issue and Democrats keep trying to make it a national issue. It is their only winning strategy and both sides know it.
Unfortunately, the majority of our country loves killing babies more than they love a good economy or world peace.

Abortion is morally reprehensible.

The same people that are pro baby killing are also the same people that wanted forced Covid vaccination. They should never be taken seriously

We need to make registering for the draft a requirement to vote

I want to win, period. Doesn't matter how we do it.
Politics is a dirty Game, always has been always will be. It's good to have foot soldiers with morals and compass, because I assure you the ones raising money and running the show do not.

Even if baby murder us a losing proposition we should still stand on it. Weaklings like you is the reason it has gone this far. You should be ashamed of yourself.

It’s not, having food, a decent economy is more important; this is just the angle for the steal…..

So, any woman whose #1 priority is legal abortion is never voting Republican. Luckily, there are 61% of women whose number 1 priority is something else.
Also, it seems at least possible that some of the 39% are women whose #1 priority is banning abortion. Probably not most, but some. The choice wasn't "ensuring abortion is legal."
You might be correct. None of us can prove our positions and opinions on this issue. We are all just expressing opinions in this thread, and we'll have to wait and see whether our opinions are accurate.
You've made a good point, but, I haven't changed my mind yet on this demographic's reaction to this issue. I still say it is a winning issue for Harris, because, it's human nature to choose a convenience for oneself or one's daughter, at the expense of another. It's human nature to be selfish.

Exactly. Imagine caring whether some ratchet terminates her offspring.

So what’s the winning formula?
SCOTUS made it an issue for individual states to decide. The Democratic Party’s Pravda is not going to tell that story. If they did, it isn’t going to satisfy these soulless self-centered women in question. They want a federal law to commit Infanticide.
You want conservative pro-lifers to say hey, just kidding, forget about it, y’all kill all the babies you want? It’s okay. Personal convenience, careers, profits for the abortion industry are suitable justification for an American holocaust of mass infanticide. Nearly 70,000,000 and counting. People hate big Ag and big Pharma but the abortion abattoirs get a pass? Literally blood money.

Will there be more abortions or fewer abortions in the following scenarios:
1. Republican leadership with moderate social stances
2. Democratic leadership of today

Morality isn't relative. That's what the left and social moderates don't understand about the abortion issue. It's one of the few issues that is black/white when it comes to right and wrong.
