ABC News corrects bombshell Flynn report --CNN

ABC News on Friday evening corrected an explosive special report that aired in the morning saying that Donald Trump, as a candidate for president, had asked Michael Flynn to make contact with Russians.
During "World News Tonight," ABC News investigative reporter Brian Ross said the source who had provided the initial information for his story later told him that it was as president-elect, not as a candidate, that Trump asked Flynn to contact the Russians.
The initial report, based on one anonymous source, prompted a dramatic reaction in the financial markets, and the Dow fell more than 350 points.
Stocks largely recovered later in the day.

I just got a web notification air message with a huffypost link repeating the-stop the presses break into the TV earth shattering bombshell original NBC report. So dems and nevertrumpers can be comforted to go read huffypost.
CNN surely didn't report this on air. Turn them on for me right now and see if it is: BREAKING NEWS TRUMP IS A KGB AGENT AND VLAD IS HIS SECRET BROTHER-- ALL ARRESTED IN THE MORNING.

I didn't see Judge Nap's comment from the ruling - "this is bad for Trump". He's starting to impress me as being the Dick Morris of retired judges.

The president play this perfectly. He leaked some nonsense and ABC News ran with it the whole day. The leftists were in a lather until 6 PM by which time the Senate was already in session since Mitch McConnell had all day to secure the folks need it for tax reform to pass. McConnell was able to work in peace.
The mainstream media would’ve been up his arse trying to throw a monkey wrench in the process the whole day and instead they chased another fall lead.
Hell, how many of us on this board were aware that the Obama care individual mandate was repealed is part of this bill. I didn’t know until after I passed! You think the mainstream media throughout the day if they had time to focus on this would not let that come out?
