Well, much like if your wife found you alone in your bedroom with another woman, she may never fully know what did or did not happen, it doesn't really matter a whole lot though does it, since it was obviously a situation that should have never happened and because of that, rightly, one would only assume the worst.

You know, everyone knows what went on with 100% certainty.

Looks like Comey is going to be the fall guy for the entire Obama regime. They will spin it that he was a ruge agent and they knew nothing.

Will probably lump McCabe with him to sweeten the pot, but yeah, Obama and Hillary aren't going down with the ship.

Common sense tells you there is NO WAY the issue of that investigation didn't come up during that investigation. It is impossible to believe it didn't, that's just human nature a dude would be like "so what about this investigation into my wife?" Which is precisely why the meeting shouldn't have happened.

“James Comey is so honorable that he had to do what was right to him, even when he so painfully had to go against his boss”.....or something like that

The Tarmac meeting is like a liberal honesty litmus test.

Anyone who even slightly claims they don't see it for what it was is someone you can rightfully assume is unlikely to be capable of honesty under any circumstances in a discussion.

They're basically telling you that they are willing to say ANYTHING no matter how absurd rather than just acknowledge a bad thing about a Democrat.

You’re absolutely, positively, 100% correct with this statement. No doubt about it.

Now where is your example of the conservative Linus test about Trump? Surely you wouldn’t argue that there aren’t many trumpkins on here that will never acknowledge a bad thing/action/statement about Trump.

I ask because I’ve been told over and over that if I don’t say something negative about both sides when criticizing anyone on the right then it proves I’m a liberal. By anyone on the right I mean politicians and posters here alike.

Of course there are conservatives/Trumpanzees who deny their "side" ever does anything wrong. But, that isn't what THIS thread is about now, is it?

Yes I bet Lynch is afraid. They are going to put her on double secret probation.

Just a whole bunch of wrist slapping going on. Absolutely nothing will come of these "accusations". Total bullshite.

Guess you weren't around when Trump signed the Omnibus? Pretty much every conservative on the board was calling him out for it. Even the hardcore Trump supporters were angry and criticizing him.

Well to someone capable of reason it can't be spun but my word, that has never stopped the left from trying to dupe as many morons as they are able to with their spin.

Of course they try to spin it. They portrayed it as a chance encounter that was only about grandkids and golf.

A man like Bill Clinton is used to getting his way and saying what is on his mind. He is used to barking orders and having people do his bidding.

There is no way, with his wife's political future and perhaps her freedom, hanging in the balance that he did not bring up the topic.

I suspect he made offers to Lynch about what her role would be in the Clinton administration and that was the bribe. (and perhaps reminded her of crimes she has committed and what that would mean if Trump were elected).

n a just world Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Clapper, Brennan, Obama, etc etc would all be tried and convicted of treason and then hung.

I'd prefer either the ax or the guillotine followed by all their heads on a spike.

I'd also add Bill and Hillary, Susan Rice and Eric Holder to the list.

Devil's in the details there.

The fact Comey defied authority is barely in dispute at all. Of course he did.
I'm not sure that moves the ball on Comey at all.

this is a problem.

You can't have the WH involved and also have an insubordinate FBI director. This will make Comey the fall guy and let Obama and the others off the hook.
