Not the country the tank came from, nor the uniforms of the two soldiers, not even that the tank broke down going through a fairly new growth woodland that's so new it couldn't be called a forest.

That was my guess. Apparently, there is a lot of stuff flying around from fighting years ago (like Crimea). We are being psy-oped all over the place, I don't know what to believe.

The tank has been there a long time, likely decades. The brush and stuff grew around it. The oxidation and damage is not new.

And? It’s just a picture. OP didn’t link or provide anything stating that this was a picture from the current conflict.

I'm from Grant Parish and can confirm that the lack of deer dogs in the photo proves that it wasn't taken in Grant Parish.

quote:

When a fire burns, a process called oxidation occurs, the same process that causes metal to rust. Oxidation is when oxygen atoms combine with carbon and hydrogen to form carbon dioxide and water. When metal rusts, the process happens very slowly, but when a fire burns, heat and energy is released very quickly.

Lot of dead trees around. If the Russians are using as old of shite as has been reported, then that could actually be a piece used in this conflict. Why roll in new tanks first? Also, with all the dead trees around and in the background, perhaps all the branches on the tank are from rolling through thickets of dead shite.

You never quite now 100%, but I think it's an old tank in a thickly wooded area of dead trees and brush.

Guy in the right foreground is slightly smiling looking down and in front of himself where his cell phone is on a selfie stick.

Selfie sticks were not a thing in the earlier (2014) Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
