Take notice of the "No" votes cast against constitutional conservative justices versus the No votes cast against the "Muh feels" liberal justices. More proof that the left nominates and votes for judicial activism.

President Donald Trump
Neil M. Gorsuch 54-45

President Barack Obama
Elena Kagan 63-37
Sonia Sotomayor 68-31

President George W. Bush
Samuel A. Alito, Jr. 58-42
John G. Roberts, Jr. 78-22

President Bill Clinton
Stephen G. Breyer 87-9
Ruth Bader Ginsburg 96-3

President George H.W. Bush
Clarence Thomas 52-48
David H. Souter 90-9

President Ronald Reagan
Anthony M. Kennedy 97-0
Robert H. Bork 42-58
Antonin Scalia 98-0
William H. Rehnquist2 65-33
Sandra Day O'Connor 99-0

One side seems to be more objective than the other.

Another reason to hate Democrats.

I can't believe Ginsburg only had 3 No votes.

She must have lied her arse off in the hearings.

If she answered that she would abide by the constitution when making her decisions, she should be prosecuted for perjury.

Can't believe Rehnquist was more objectionable to the left than Scalia. Wow.

Notice, not once have Republicans all voted No.

Democrats, not so much.

These votes used to be about whether or not the nominee was qualified, honorable, and fit to serve. Back when the Senate actually did it’s job as it was intended.

It’s terrible for all three branches that Senate confirmations have become hyper partisan.

I just recently saw an article that claimed certain questions were off limits when it came to Ginsburg. She didn’t get the FULL examination.

Rehnquist was appointed to the court by Nixon and his confirmation vote was pretty lopsided as well. However, when he was appointed Chief Justice there was more opposition.

If the Republicans hadn't stolen a seat for Gorsuch, we wouldn't be in this mess.

The GOP bet that seat on an election. It settled that debate.

Lindsay Graham and Susan Collins have never voted against a SCOTUS nomination of either party.

You need to point the finger where it belongs, Obama’s presidency at that point was a complete failure, he had no political capital. He’s a loser,
