That is mutual cya. If Barr wanted it done he could do it himself. You say to the group, either have a draft of the report for my by X or I will accept your resignation and find someone that will do the work.of they really are stalling, then they have something.

And Trump could say the same thing to Barr. Sure, the optics would be bad, but I believe in the end Trump woukd be found to be in the right. He could tell Barr, "you will bring charges as soon as possible and before the elections so the voters can make an informed decision."
He could also fire Barr and replace him with someone like Sydney Powell who will do what needs done.

Who knows. The media could be using made up sources to try to influence the report and indictments not happening.
At the very least, it would be GREAT to have some 4:30am swat team raids on people like Comey and Brennan like was done to Stone.

If the hack that quit didn't like the way things were 'worded in a report'. There is never going to be any arrests. Other than the already reported IT computer Alfalfa bank specialists?

The entire federal government is rotten down to its core. Absolutely and totally corrupt. We have been lied to all of these years regarding the integrity of our government. As I grew up I was taught that the government was honest and it stood against evil in the world. That agencies like the fbi and cia were honorable. It's nothing but a lie. It was all propaganda. Our federal government and its agencies are just as corrupt as the Soviet Union ever was.

The entire DC synopsis on this has been keeping politics out of this. Even to the point of (Sundance's reports) the way it was investigated in a hive mentality to keep politics out.
Yet...the whole investigation is a wash because of two people interjecting politics into it...
A huge stall and whitewash.
It is doubtful anybody but Alfalfa bank computer IT people will be in a grand jury. And it appears as if they haven't even shown to the grand jury as witnesses.
IOW's like Honest Bob indicting Russians and was surprised they all actually showed up.
Logically concluding overall. The swamp is gonna swamp.
It is so infuriating.

Which brings up another question, why hasn't Clinesmith spilled his guts? We know he didn't make the decision to falsify a FISA application. Has the Swamp advised him to be patient and keep your mouth shut, we'll handle your situation, you're protected?

I don't disagree that its caught up in a bureaucratic quagmire but releasing a report prior to the election would do nothing to sway anyone. Democrats (if the MSM reported it at all) would dismiss it as a political hit job. Republicans would say; "see, told you so". Wouldn't change a thing with the election. Even if there was a report prior, nothing would come of it until after the election. From indictment to trial takes time.

I believe that is what he would like to do but that system is entrenched with multiple layers of built in protection that enable it to continue functioning and to outlive any and all challenges to it. I do not believe that it can be reformed without totally destroying it and starting over. The federal government and its bureaucracy has grown to big for one man to control even as much as he wants to.
