Apparently, there was a misunderstanding up in dis bitch.

I do not think that voting for Trump means that voter is a racist. I do think there was a generalized frustration among many voters with anything that, even remotely, could be considered "political correctness". Trump is perceived as someone who is willing to ignore P.C., and that is appealing to many voters.that Of course, the definition of the term has become so muddled and broad, that it seems to include civil discourse and common courtesy toward certain groups.

It is the contention of the Left that if you voted for Trump you are either a racist, a misogynist or a self loathing woman (or a combination of all three). This has been played out over and over again with mainstream media. Just own it.

As a straight white male, I've noticed no decline in the amount of common courtesy I receive in my day to day life.

It’s funny how Trump wasn’t a racist until he ran for President. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton loved him.

When you have a lack of ideas in a platform, you revert to name calling and excuses to cover it up

there are jerks in both parties. message boards allows people to be uncivil. This board is conservative so you will find conservative jerks. If you went to a liberal board you would see crazy jerks there.

cant be thin skinned on a message board or you will have many request to meet at Sonic.

I appreciate your attempt to clarify your comments. But you really need to understand that it’s too late , after decades of slurring good people on the basis of their race, or the region they live in, to put the Race Identity Politics back in the Democratic bottle . You guys have INTENTIONALLY pitted people against each other on the basis of race, to the point where no policy disagreement can proceed without those of us on the Right being slurred in the most vile ways. That was your STRATEGY- to destroy us via constant personal attacks. And now we are IMMUNE to anything you can say about us, because we are taking back the culture, and moving it towards Individual Liberty and away from the Resistance Mob.

"Common courtesy" and "political correctness" aren't the same thing. Courteous people didn't use certain derogatory terms voluntarily, prior to the emergence of political correctness. The politically correct nazis on the left will now make sure that offenders are shut out of their chosen professions and ostracized if they use banned words. So courteousness and voluntary participation are long gone.

Note that this isn't the only instance in which the left equates voluntary participation with gun-to-the-head participation. Look at charity vs. big government marxist programs like social security, which leftists often treat as equal. Charity and forced taxation aren't the same thing.

A gang that dismembers Americans deserves dignity. However, NRA members or women who voted trump don’t.

Not all Ms-13 serial decapitators are animals. However, if we talk about toxic masculinity or white privilege then it is fine if all men and all white people are implicated.

“Common courtesy towards certain groups” is a two-way street.
