Thomas scolded them from the bench, and there have been an abnormally high amount of vacancies that Trump has been able to fill.
The wacky 9th circuit is another Trump term from being a conservative asset. In fact, after Trump gets the three vacancies appointed, he's just two seats from flipping the 9th freaking circuit.
50 judges
21 are GOP appointed (+7 under Trump)
26 are Dem appointed
3 are vacant
The chances of getting two random GOP judges out of 3 aren't terrible.
18 judges are 75 years or older. 9 GOP/9 Dem.

Perfect timing for the weekend raids. I wish there was a live TV show so we can watch them take out the bad hombres. Live ICE would be great viewing

What's going on is that the President has followed through on his promises and plans and has appointed conservative judges to the 9th and elsewhere.

If the 9th rules like this 'sanctuary' cities don't have long. All hail the President's ability to turn the 9th into a more conservative court, he said he'd do it and he's doing it.
