WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

It falls under the "Woke Right Melt of the Day" category.

They are literally melting like bitches because hoes in Congress who get knocked up would be able to vote from home for 12 weeks while their newborn is sucking on Dem titties.

It would affect maybe 1 member of Congress per year, but something something blah blah blah melt melt melt da Joos Did This.

Liar.

They need to challenge the constitutionality of this immediately.
Need a link to my original quote?

*also, for future reference here, nobody posting is 'saying' anything. They are typing, writing, or stating their thoughts and opinions as text. Using, "YOU said' is technically incorrect on any forum.

Anal retentive, I know, but considering the possibility that you might be an a-hole, you should be okay with it.

Would you really be against allowances for cancer treatments or dialysis at the same time being in favor of proxy for new mommies?

Can I make a logically cohesive argument that other medical conditions are different? Probably not.

That being said, new motherhood is a temporary, and foundational, situation.

I could see it being something where each case gets voted on, and maybe it’s even something where crossing party lines is not seen as treason. Pollyanna, maybe, but it just seems like so much has become partisan for the sake of being partisan, and I’m sick of it.

Much credit to the Fetterman’s of the world, even if I disagree on 80% of policy with him.

Once you allow it for one thing it’s easy to add the next and the next until everyone’s voting by proxy

That already happened - when dems were in control anyone could vote by proxy

If they get majority forst change will be that

I don't see the very limited time for mothers with newborns as a huge problem but I also see the argument to either be present or not

Sheesh someone could fly in and vote and leave - anyone seen mccain lately?

I don’t doubt that you understand this. But you obviously haven’t been paying attention for the last 20 years how democrats use “slippery slopes”

Well in this case, let's just allow Proxy for all citizens to vote all bills and get rid of congress.

Hey dummy, he canceled votes for the rest of the week. And one of those votes has to do with the rogue judges who keep interfering with Trump’s agenda. So no he and his leadership team are not working on Trump's agenda.

I'd rather be a nerd than an uninformed imbecile.
