She bragged about it and even made it her Facebook profile pic FFS, even after it went viral and started getting a lot of negative attention. How can you people be so stupid? Seriously?
You have the right to flip off the POTUS, obviously. You even have a right to do so without being punished by the government (that is what the first amendment protects) you do NOT have a right to flip off the POTUS without suffering any adverse consequences.
Her employer enjoyed the right to fire her for her childish behavior. So, both parties exercised their rights here, no problems.
