Have you ever looked at government data?

These amateurs likely slapped a couple filters on a dataset, tossed a sum aggregate on a card, and herped and derped their way to Muh Fraud, all because they didn't bother to understand some status code.

They want to get rid of social security and to succeed they need to convince the base that it's fraud so the base ultimately accepts them eventually replacing it with something more paltry.

Illegals have been getting Social Security benefits. The government educated them on how and helped them do it. That doesn't equal 60 million, but that shows that there is willing fraud and it was not only ignored, but helped.

I find it to be really disingenuous that you don't want to dispute the degree to which the statement is wrong, instead of whether or not it is incorrect at all, but it is par for the course from you.

Here’s the shocker, illegals are collecting Social Security, and they collect a lot more than grandma and grandpa

Pick five thousand at random. Do a foresic audit on each and see how many are committing fraud. If it's over 1%, do the whole system and prosecute everyone you find. Publicize each one and let Americans know who is stealing their social security. That's all you need to run on in 2026 and 28.

Show your work. What information do you have access to that DOGE doesn’t to prove that they’re wrong and you are correct?

The fact that you'd have to be insane to think 394 million people are receiving checks would be a good starting point.

The problem is the assertion is so insanely unbelievable there isn't much of a point in discussing it at all until we have real data to discuss.

How is a recipient defined in the code book? That's the big question. I'm guessing that definition throws a big net. Knowing the federal govt you may be considered a recipient if you just got something mailed to you.

The only issue with this is that I do not think that this is a doge finding. It is a misunderstanding of what doge has said.

Yep I think it is probably active ss#'s and not a list of people receiving money.

I believe the same, and could be the writer chose the wording wrong.

Remember Musk said the numbers are used to access money in other parts of the govt because the "systems" do not communicate. Now we are seeing it:

California thiefing billions in Medicaid. 1000s of kids and dead folks getting small business loans.

Really would like to know why illegals were given ss numbers instead of an itin number (which was designed specifically to give migrants a way to work and pay taxes), wouldnt we?

Pretty confident there is waste and we can cut income taxes because all of us overpay.

Pseudo intellectual response right here. “frick I don’t actually have a response to the obvious point so I better hang onto that grammatical error.”
