BREAKING: DOGE has discovered that there are 394 million Social Security recipients in the U.S.
How much do you want to be this is not a factually correct statement and/or one that reflects reality?

That is a lot of dead and illegals.

And not all 334 million are on SS

I was just about to post that someone will fact check this and it'll be like 335 million and call it false, then, of course, the next version of that already happened in this thread.

5X as many eligible assuming on high end 80m population over 62.
Should make it easy to get voter ID law as well given total government fraud and incompetence.

It shouldn't be hard to definitively prove this. Check out the outgoing payments and see if they match the numbers.
If......IF this is actually true as it is presented, all of the Social Security funding issues go away.

Probably meant to say 394 M of registered numbers and not necessarily recipients. That has been proven per DOGE numbers.
Using your own contrarian logic on this board, "well, technically having an SS number could mean that at some point you may receive some benefits."

So, is he categorically wrong, or just premature in his assertion?

If Doge asserts this, Doge doesn’t understand what they are looking at.

He is always categorically wrong and premature in he/himself assumptions

Yep I think it is probably active ss#'s and not a list of people receiving money.

quote:Seems like they should be able to figure out how many are paying in (kids get SS cards now a days but don't work). Then they figure out how many people over 62 or disabled are getting benefits. They should be abe to figure out how many checks are going to the same address. They should be able to break down recipients by age groups. Compare that to census data. These are smart people. They can get the bottom of it. But, there is no doubt that dead peaples peeps are getting checks. Disability is a huge scam too.
