23% is about the number of registered voters that actually voted for Comrade biden.

It’s probably not as high as 23%, but some older people, independents and GOP establishment republicans don’t hate Biden. Not republicans, but true Trump supporters have stayed the course.
On the way to drop my kids off at school(less than a mile) I would see around 20 Trump signs and 5 flags. Now I see 4 signs and 3 flags. Some of those signs and flags have been up for a few years. There is one die hard supporter that still has a life size metal Trump hanging on the front of his business.
Some of those Trump supporters are not as die hard as we thought.
