So, the custody hearing was for her mother to lose custody and the child was ordered to move out of her mothers home, where her mother has contradicted her claim to have had a bedroom phone... The intersection around the corner from Moms house where they supposedly met for him to pick her up was over a mile away and her descent into behavioral problems, allegedly caused by JRM were the actual cause for the custody change so BEFORE she allegedly met JRM...

Gloria won’t allow examination of yearbook to authenticate year book signature. Says she wants a Political show trial in the senate.

There are multiple court documents that contradict her story. Maybe you should take it up with those involved in the court system back in 79. I’m sure they plotted this 40 years in advance

How about the geography of the intersection or the court ordered removal of the child from the parent's home where all of the calls took place or the alleged behavior problems caused by JRM actually took place before meeting JRM....?

How about this? Simply have Corfman describe the inside of Moore's house. Then confirm the accuracy or inaccuracy of her description. If she was there, she'll be able to establish that. It would indicate in contrast to Moore's claims, that at least he knew her.

Ridiculous comparison
I have 7 kids ranging from 29 to 11.
I can tell you easily who did and did not have phones in their rooms
Very easy because NONE did.
I have meetings all the time. 4 or more a week. Certainly not as many as a senator does and I couldn't tell you what was said in half of them from a week ago much less 6 months to a year earlier.

Sorry but all we have to go on is this woman’s account of a highly traumatic event in her life. Details and accuracy of the memory determine her credibility. If she remembers sneaking behind her mother’s back to do something wrong with an older man. Then a family versus room phone matters a great deal. If she remembers this as the start of her social problems but forgets that those problems predate the supposed encounter and omits the fact that her problems miraculously and quickly healed after the encounter, yet she still finds this traumatic 38 years later not credible.
Why don’t you try to defend democratic senators Frankin and Menendez. You fail as a prosecutor.
