Should be be available anywhere on a dish(need local channel package,) also bring your laptop(Sopcast.org & Myp2p.eu..FAB SITES!!)..

Depending on what country you go to, I'm sure there will be plenty of pubs with free-to-air boxes showing the game.

Fox is not on Dish Net unless you have the local or regional broadcast station package added.

Basically if you or whoever you will be staying with gets Fox games now then yes - if not - no.

Man if you have to come on here and ask if the BCS NCG is on DISH I think you may have some other issues.
First of all the correct question to ask is what station does the NCG come on. That station is FOX. So then if that person receives the FOX channel then you will be able to watch it.
But then I noticed you asked if FOX is on DISH... Please don't ask us what channel FOX is on. Why not try this novel approach. CALLLLL DISH???
