OT Workout crew. What ya working today

2 mile run. 3 mile walk. 3 sets of leg presses and 3 sets of squats. I hate working legs. 2 tbs peanut butter and a bag of quinoa/brown rice mix.

bro i went swole on lunges, did calves, leg presses, calves then finshed hard on some hammy curls. hit the hot shower and rubbed my balls

Rest day. Maybe ill do some sprinting but I doubt it. Need some sleep. Big squat Friday in 12.5 hours.

Today is my rest day, but since I'm going to NO for Mardi Gras and will be at Endymion Sat., I may do shoulders tonight and arms tomorrow morning before I leave to go down there.
