I have 3 large, mature sago palms growing at my house. A couple buddies have told me that I should look to sell them because people will buy them.
What says the OB?

If someone wants to dig mine up they can have it for free.

My neighbor found a local nursery who came and dug them up for free.
Don't see you selling them.

When you say "mature", can you estimate the height and diameter?

I paid my neighbor $500 to remove her sago palms
They are a fricking eyesore

Hmm without being at home I would say they are probably 4-4.5 feet tall at the top of the trunk, and at least 2' in diameter (trunk)
The leaves are easily 6' across

My gf's dad is willing to come get rip them out with his tractor, but I wanted to see if there was any money to be made first

I will give away the side growths, and if someone is willing to pull the monstrosity out of my front yard I'm willing to listen to offers.

They are pretty shallow rooted, so it shouldn't be hard digging them up.
They are pricey at nurseries, but unless someone you know is looking for one I don't see you being able to sell them.

Doubtful. Sago palms are one of the most hideous yard plants out there. Ugly as frick, kills dogs and a bitch to dig up.

Depending on maturity, Sago's can go for a few hundred bucks. At least call a few nursery's to see if they'd be willing to buy.

I put mine on FB. Zero bites. So I cut them up for the garbage men.

I hooked them to my truck with a chain and removed for free!!! Came out really easy. Threw them in the woods behind my Dads house and they are still alive!
