Got a 15 foot flat aluminum boat. Just bought a gps/fish finder, should I mount it front right by the trolling motor or in the back left?

If you want to use it for navigation while driving mounting it towards the back is really the only option. However the plugs aren't that hard to disconnect, and moving the unit back and forth could be an option as well
