Have some prodiamine. Was gonna apply in fall and early spring. Should I wait until November or do it now?

New to complete lawn care, so I’m sorry if this is dumb. What would I put down on centipede and would I also put some type of fertilizer or is there a combo I could use?

I'm in Birmingham, but put pre-emergent down in Mid-September and Mid-October. Will do it again in February and March.

Got it down last night. Prodiamine needs rain after or watering within a few days. It worked out well.

Purple? None.

Yellow? Pennant Magnum. Get your checkbook out though. I use it. It works.

Can this be used around rose bushes?

No. Big time no.

Snapshot granular is the best pre em for shrubs and landscaping. I use religiously, but it is not rated for nutsedge. There is another pre em for landscape that is rated for nutsedge too, but the pros I know say it is infamous for causing damage to certain woody plants. I think it’s called Freehand. I just stick with snapshot and spray nutsedge with glyphosate as it appears. Mulching does most of the work for me.

I’m spraying 2-4-D on Thursday. Too much rain/wet to wait any longer for the perfect conditions. If I gotta hit it again in March so be it. I have all kinds of broad leaf shite where I didn’t spray in October. It’s gotta go.

Can still put down pre emergent to catch some crabgrass. Spray broadleaves...

I didn't get down any pre emergent at the house, so I get to fight the uphill battle in March like most of America

I have a feeling brown patch and fungus gonna be tough this spring
