Anyone got any ideas?

ETA:
I had it looked at by a vet 15 days ago when it looked like this and they said it wasn’t ring worm. Trying to avoid $300 charge from the vet. This is what it looked like 15 days ago

She thought it may have been a spider bite but it’s been 15 days and now looks like ring worm

My dog had something similar looking years ago. I went and bought some generic brand tinactin (anti-fungal) spray and cream, sprayed it on the dog, then applied the cream form, and it cleared right up.

LuapGibb is correct. Ringworm is a fungus not a worm so otc creams should work. I would recommend wearing latex gloves though as it is transmittable to humans.

Are you putting clotrimazole on it if you think it's ring worm?

If it stays locally to that spot it could be a ring worm. It does look like a spider bite though. Especially if you notice any other places where the dog might have small patches of fur looking like they might be trying to fall out, more than likely a spider. Takes a while but either way it should be fine. Best of luck
