Lol, and patients think we work 9-5 with a 2 hr lunch only 5 days a week and are all filthy rich and non deserving of our compensation.

After a page last night I told a a nurse I was asleep when he paged and he was amazed. I thin he thought there was always just one of us roaming the hospital floor doing doctor stuff.

That pretty much describes me except I only work four days a week, and rarely get lunch. I do bust arse while I'm there though.
We should talk sometime. You work tooooo damn hard, but I respect the fact that you still do comprehensive care. OB, hospital, nursing home, hospice etc. 
I did for awhile plus endoscopy and some other things, but it was burning me the f$%k out. Streamlined to just clinic and focused on more derm then began using hospitalist and have more than doubled my income since. 
ETA- I'll be looking for a partner here before too long. You wouldn't be interested in relocating to South Arkansas would you. I'm pretty damn picky on who I'd bring in, but you seen like the kinda doc I want to bring in.

Gonna cook some backstrap stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. Marinated in coca cola, soy sauce, garlic salt, and worchestershire(sp?). Grilled medium rare then cut into medallions. Grilled asparagus and creamed cauliflower. Beer and wine.

After last time we discussed this I increased focus on derm and noticed some increased revenue. Getting dangerously close to throwing in towel at hospital to include OB. I'm always interested in looking at oppjrtunities. We should have a whisky and a sit down some time.

Oh...they are. Especially with the heated pool and hot tub. Women love New Year's pool parties too.
ETA-and the walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub that will each hold at least one SmackoverHawg and 3 womenz.
