What is the purpose of this boat, and how fast do you think it goes?

It's a tender.... A really bad arse tender. Sole purpose is to go to and fro when you're big boat is anchored up. Think of it like the cars you see being pulled behind RVs on the interstate.

Drive big boat to Bahamas or BVIs --> Anchor up in harbor/bay ---> Take tender island hopping, diving, fishing, etc..

correct, however, I have wake surfed behind a tender. the crew was quite surprised and had never made this accommodation before.

I don’t operate such things without at least a fifth of bourbon in my system first

The Come Monday is usually moored at Bay St Louis marina. Family from Ascension Parish owns it. Don’t know if that’s their tender, but from the looks of it, I’m sure it’s pretty quick.

I do like the sexual tension on that show....

I have been fortunate enough to spend some time in BVIs, Bahamas, and other Caribbean islands so have been on and used tender boats to get to and fro. None have been quite as bad arse as the one in OP though
