I go to Leeville pretty much every time I go fishing. 2 hours there and 2 back. I cuss the drive back everytime. wake up the next morning and I'm ready to go back again. I got issues.

Don't really like freshwater fishing and I'm not gonna pay $100+ dollars to stay in crappy hotel in Galliano.

Somebody needs to open a $50 dollar a night hotel. I bet the parking lot wont be empty like the rest of those hotels

Thibodaux to Laffitte most likely the furthest that I did more then once. We went to Okhissa for a day one time.

Have stayed at the Galliano inn many times and I think it is about $100-110 now with tax.

2 HRs would be Max for me but I prefer to keep it around 1.5 HRs or under.

Most times it's about 2.5 hours or less, though I've done 3.5 hours(Lafayette to Grand Isle) several times. Doesn't usually bother me, I've pulled over and taken a nap a few times on the drive back.

112 miles from my driveway to the ramp I like to use most often. I've done 167 miles a few times for day trips as well. I fish the marsh somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 days a year, none of those trips are under 107 miles.

3 hours. That’s how long it takes me to get to Toledo Bend. I’ve done it a few times, but I’d rather get a place and stay a few days.

Used to run from St Amant to Lafitte pretty regularly, it was about 1.5 hrs. Made the run to GI (2.5 hrs) but only a couple times before I set up a camp on the island. The GI one day trips took me 2 days to recover!

I've done the 2 hour drive from NOLA to Grand Isle to fish along Hwy 1 and Elmer's Island plenty of times

Drive home that afternoon sucks if the fish weren't biting.

Usually like to stay under 1.5 hrs but will do 2 hrs. If I drive any further it’s for offshore fishing. I live in Baton Rouge. I saltwater fish at chef pass, rigolets, ponchartrain, borne, and sulfur mine in cut off

Call marsh masters...I blowfish with Darrell quite a bit and the rooms they have seem to be open quite a bit.
Honestly, I have no clue what they cost, its included in total

Cenla to Big Lake is the longest drive I'll make. I can leave at 4:00 and be fishing for 6:45. Anything longer than that is going to be an over-nighter or full weekend trip.

I typically drive about 80 miles or 90 minutes to where I like to bass fish. That's about once every two or three weekends. I have a salt water trip planned that will be about 2 hours and 110 miles, but I will more than likely leave the night before and sleep there instead of leaving that 4am that morning.

230 miles round trip to Hopedale from Baton Rouge is about my limit. I used to yak around GI but hauling yaks in the bed of the truck is easier than towing a boat. Makes for a long day but the drive is nice with or without a buddy. I just make it a part of the overall experience with some good music in the background and a stop to take a dump.

I can do a Houston to Big Lake drive pretty effortlessly. It's about 2.5 hours but I can't drink and the drive home sucks arse. I really only fish Big Lake now if I can pull off a weekend thing and stay at the Nugget.

I always drive at least 2 hours in either direction from Lafayette unless I go to Cypremort Point.

3-3.5 each way hours if I'm going with somebody hardcore who will fish all day and take care of themself and can drive/launch/etc. All day is easy with somebody you can really get after it with. If I'm going with my brother I'll pretty much drive anywhere the morning of.

By myself or with somebody who isnt much help 2 hours max one way. That's enough to get me to houma. If they're late or dragging arse or decide to bail early it doesn't suck as bad.
