A year from today ~10. I didn’t start having them regularly until last summer and back again this winter up until now. I could have killed more if I kept my rifle with me but I took people who had never shot one before. That’s not including running dogs though.

13-14 years ago we killed over 125 between me, and a guy I let hunt, traps, and dogs.

take your pick of a south LA WMA.

Sherburne is loaded with them. Three Rivers as well.

I kill most while on the move. I'll usually find fresh sign and follow it. You know you're getting close when you can smell em

I killed 32 last year so I am more than halfway to last year's total.

While I killed a few from the stand or stalking, most have been with traps. I just set them when I see a lot of sign.

i guess a lot of folks either don't know what hogs smell like or it's pretty hard to smell hogs when you sit in a box stand. when you get in to an area they were recently feeding you can smell hogs lol. It's also easy to follow em in a wet, swampy area.

2021: 0

Last hunting season two with bow one rifle.

This is public land, I could see someone getting double digits with a lot of days afield.

I pretty much do the exact thing. Walk around and find fresh sigh and yes you can smell them but i hear them either fighting or fricking pretty often too if there is a big bunch of them

I said you’re a fricking liar. You didn’t track down and kill 20 wild pigs on public land in the
span on a few months. It didn’t happen. I know hogs and hog killing. You’re a fricking liar. Clear enough?

How do you know he didn't suffer a recent head injury and develop super powers to be able to smell them from miles away?

Also, I've been squirrel hunting, found hog sign, snuck around to where I could hear them, snuck up, and killed 4
in one morning before the sun got up good. To say someone couldn't kill 20 over the course of a few hunts if they were targeting them is somewhat of an a-hole thing to say. May be you are just a shitty woodsman.
