Going both days. I'm thinking Saturday's rain may make it easier to track them down and make Sunday's hunt easier.

I've killed a many in a torrential downpour, I'm just too lazy to get wet. Might make a quick loop between showers if the radar shows a possibility. The good is that at least you will be able to slip around quietly sunday if you go

There are only so many Saturdays in turkey season. Only way I don't go is if all the roads are washed out and I can't get to where I am supposed to be.

In that case, I might go somewhere I'm not supposed to be.

Got a JH baseball tournament tomorrow, but will hit the woods hard Sunday. High wind will make it tough, but maybe that will keep some of the jabronis at home too.

Good luck and be safe.

I was joking really. I don't trespass, but a lot of turkey hunters do. I understand why though.

I haven't since early high school nor would I now. In the early nineties we had a large die off and gobbling birds were hard, hard to come by it seemed. Luckily, since about 94 all the places I have access to have rebounded back to the late 80's populations

Hunting in the rain is the best way to find out how much my blind leaks. Rain has slacked to a slight drizzle so hopefully birds start going about their day.
