The only fishing I did this weekend was for beers out of the fridge. Did anyone brave the rain last weekend?

The forecast looks to be highs in the upper 50s and lows in the upper 30s. It looks like it will be cold but sunny later this week. Looks like it could be shaping up for some roadside specks. Is the OB wetting a line?

Looks like I'm free all weekend, I'll probably roof rack the yak and might head down LA1 and camp out of the camper shell.

I'm out this weekend for a wedding and stuff. Tides look pretty flat though for the most part. May try to get out Friday or next Monday.

Hit up Golden Mettah yesterday
fished the pumping station area and out towards catfish lake
Wind had laid down some but water was still low but surprisingly clean
Fished from 6 to 11, 1 red and couple trout
Talked to a couple boats at the landing with the same results, winds Sat fricked everything, hopefully this weekend will be better!

Does the lake still look like chocolate milk?

Might have to drop the yak in near the house this weekend. Little warmer and light winds. Sunday looks much better tide wise.
