Apply a herbicide then a fertilizer. Combo products aren't recommended by anyone except the companies who sell them.

Clover and crabgrass

Crabgrass is an annual that hasn't germinated yet. Put down a preventer like Scott's Halts and you won't have any.

Boot, I have some weed that looks like very tiny clover...what do you recommend for that?

Does it have a yellow flower with it? Google oxalis and see if that's what you have. Use atrazine if so.
