Take that back. Venice is in the east. I personally know of two people that have caught trout in Venice over 7 lbs this year already and they aren't registered for Star.

Until CCA steps up and supports the recreational fisherman over the private land issue, they won't see a dime from me. I hope I catch every damn one of the red tagged redfish. They will be delicious on the grill.

Just got back from Colorado. Landowners that own the land adjacent to river own the river bottom to the center of the river I can float the river and fish but if I get out and step my foot on the river bottom then I am trespassing
