So close to $83,000 after taxes.

So IF you paid cash and kept the boat 20 years:

It would cost you: $83,000/240=$345 a month BEFORE you pay for anything else to fish.

I'll pass!

Any fish you brought home would be the most expensive meal you've ever eaten.

but you paid cash so you aren't paying $345/month.

The boat is worth every penny I put an order in on the VX21 last month. It will be ready in July. There is a LOT of saltwater corrosion resistant features which most boats don’t have.

Do you plan to saltwater fish in that vessel? Tell us more about what you ordered. I am genuinely curious not that I could buy one but curious.

I guess you do not understand money then.

IF you keep the boat 20 years(Which is a huge IF) then over the 20 years You paid that much a month for the boat even though you paid it all up front except for the pennies you will get on a 20 year old boat trade.

We feel the same way about bay boats on Toledo Bend that think they can pull up on you like we are fishing a platform.

So far all of the paint jobs I’ve seen on Vexus boats have no glitter. So, technically.....

ETA: after checking their website, they will be offering some color schemes with glitter.

He is mad he cant afford one. I don't have one, but if I could afford two boats, one would surely be fiberglass. But for now (and probably forever) I'll stick with my one aluminum boat.

I looked at it at the classic.
IMO it wasn’t your typical looking bass boat.
Definitely different.
Front end was part Allyson and Malibu ski boat.
Layout was like a Ranger
Air ride seats were cool
I could never get a answer from Vexus of the weight of the boat
That makes me believe the boat is VERY Heavy, and possibly not very fast. However I’m sure it’ll do good in big water

My aluminum boat has "glitter" so do I get to claim "glitter boat" status?

Matter of opinion. It is like the Pennington guy in BR that bought a Rolls Royce because he had a bad back and it felt better to him. If you have the coin and see the benefits then it may well be worth it to him.

Sounds like snake oil. You can do anodes, paint, and active cathodic protection. That's pretty much it and I highly doubt they have an active system on a bass boat. Its unnecessary.

I am not knocking the boat. I just don't really like the look of it. I like a flatter sitting boat. I watched the youtube video and they kept saying game changer which I hate. They were pointing things out like an ice chest in between the driver and passenger seats like it was revolutionary.

Now, with that said id they would have used a carbon hull that would have been a game changer.
