What's your goto shop to get a Minn Kota Terrova repaired in the Baton Rouge area(don't mind driving a ways if the shop is quick tbh). I've heard mixed reviews of most the shops, just seeing what y'all have had experience with.

Front to back are ipilot gurus

Eta: I just wouldn't expect anybody to be very fast right now

Front to back knows their shite when it comes to trolling motors.

I had them do some other work and wasn’t 100% pleased.

I figured most recs would be for Front to Back. My dad took all his stuff there for decades, but they dropped the ball for me last time I used them (paid $350 to rebuild an old trolling motor, they didn't install the jumper on the plug, and swore my boat's wiring was the cause recommending that I bring the boat in.). Thats why I'm seeing what the recs are in the area, might have just been a bad day for em if everyone else had good encounters.

What’s the issue? I’ve replaced the control board in 2 different iPilots and it solved the problem. Riptide & Terrova.

Try renovations. Usually fast turnarounds

Loss of power (prop hardly turns when on 3and lower) and a grinding noise comes from the steering housing that's mounted onto the bow. It only grinds while the prop is turning, turns and steers fine.

Front to Back is terrible. My buddy brought them 2 boats to work on and he got them back in worse shape than what he brought them

I had a bad experience with Front to Back, so went to Superior Repair Services in Lafayette. Worth the drive. Quick turnaround and did a great job.

its at a guys house in Chalmette, he is badass and even has someone helping him. Wasps got in my board, made a nest and fried it. $200 and 2 hours had it fixed up.

Wow, that's exactly where I ended up taking it at 8am after doing some Googling. I called Unlimited and they were super helpful but couldn't justify the 4 hour round trip to drop it and pick it back up

Brad Rodrigue at Bayside on Lake Verett is good too. Brought him mine and he said go eat lunch and come back. That was a few years ago.
