Why does every yahoo feel the need to wear a fishing shirt now days, to go fishing ?

I know all these guys aren't that concerned about skin cancer.

I wear a cotton shirt with the sleeves cut out so I can get the guns tan

1. I hate wearing sun block.
2. The sun beating down on my skin actually makes me feel hotter.
3. Yes, I don’t want skin cancer. It is a concern when you spend a lot of time in the sun.

Nothing more beta than worrying about what another man is wearing fishing.

I wear the long sleeve drifit style shirts. They’re comfortable and keep me cool and I don’t have to lather up sunscreen.

I wear them all the time, not exclusive to fishing.

Really, l wear long sleeve dry fit like 90% of the time outside. Including summer.

I wear a fishing shirt because I am 46 and the sun is no longer my friend.

On a related note, I actually wear my fishing shirts when I go fishing. Crazy I know . . Right. They look like shite from all the blood and slime stains. I laugh at all the immaculately brand new looking shite I see guys wear on fishing trips.

Because I’m not a damned idiot.

My dad died from cancer, my brother has late stage cancer and my mom has had breast cancer.

I had two places cut off a couple of months ago that were pre-cancer.

Go visit someone in the hospital who needed a radical neck dissection due to skin cancer. Might just make you think twice about tanning those guns.

I hate the term, but this is definitely a beta male characteristic.
