Our old tent has kicked the bucket and we need another one for this weekend. It is only used to camp out in Venice, in the winter. It doesn’t have to be light as it will be transported by boat. Looking to sleep 3-4. So realistically a 6+ sleep tent is needed. My real concern is it being waterproof.this would be our only way to get out the rain so it needs to stay dry.

Looking to not go over $300. Does anyone have tent experience and know of a good one to fit this application?

I’ve had a 4 person Eureka dome for years and it has been a good tent, and dry.

Browning Big Horn 8 person (comfortable for 6). Have enjoyed ours. Excellent customer service too from reading the amazon reviews.
