Sportsmen should be able to file class action lawsuit

Against me.
I've taken 2 weeks of vacation so far this year. My chosen outdoor activity is fishing.
1st week of vacation was first week of June. Spent the week on GI watching the wind and rain. Finally had one good day to fish and caught my limit.
2nd week is this week. The water is so damn high I probably can't get to most launches.
Blame me. It's obviously my fault. The fishing gods hate me.
