I am currently building a 10x16 shop to house my CNC machine and thought yall might enjoy seeing the progress. I am so fortunate to be able to build this shop with my Dad, the sheer volume of experience and knowledge this Man has is remarkable. Enjoy!

She's had enough!!!

Rough sketch of the power layout(not final)

That's a fine job!

I would also like to see some pics of your CNC once you get it all done.

May the inventing and milling be plentiful!

There is no way I could have poured that slab not square with the yard. Good for you!

Did you do the slab work yourself?

It's a 30x50 grunblau. I'm currently running mach3 with a porter cable router. I just bought a Hitachi multi speed router and also have a 220v spindle that I'll hook up eventually. Right now I'm currently just cutting monogram initials for people that they send me off pinterest, but have some sweet money making ideas up my sleeve.

We put the anchors in ourselves but we got lucky and the house they poured next to us had extra concrete on the truck. My Dad, of course, knew the guy and we got it poured for fractions of a penny on the dollar

Looks like the back right corner is farther away from the house than the left corner to me.

Looks square to the right fence.

Nope. It matches the exterior of the house and our clearances match what is required. The current siding is not painted, the smart board comes primed and paint ready in that color.

The fence runs at an angle. We are squared to the back fence.

Eta: we are on a cul de sac so we have a deep corner back there

I bought it from a guy I know who does it professionally. He upgraded and sold me this rig for an excellent price.
