Looking at them and torn between the plain 365, 365X, or 365XL. Love the way the X feels, but that grip length would print. The XL seems too big to conceal appendix for me.

The good thing about the P365 platform is it is modular. You can swap out frames and slides between the models. I think the frames run around $50. Just ordered an X slide for my regular P365 and paid right at $300 for it. Cheaper than buying another pistol and I can mount an optic on it.

Get the regular sized 365 if concealed carry is your biggest factor.

I have the xl and I love it. I’m a bigger guy (6’4” 230lbs) and it does not print on me when I carry appendix or 3-4 o’clock. I normally carry with the 12 round mag but sometimes I have the 15 in it.

ETA: it’s the best shooting compact gun I’ve shot.

I carry the standard 365 with an XL grip module. However, it won’t take the 10 round mags. I can carry the 12 and 15 round mags. If you want ultimate flexibility, get the regular 365 so you can use all of the mags.

As others have noted, it is modular so you can change out most anything you want.
