Sig 229 9mm - need advice quick

Stainless with OD green frame, 3 mags, and Comptac Infidel RH Holster for $550. I'm not a Sig guy but the price seems right in my hasty research. Is it a deal?

Not a Sig expert but I say it is a buy at that price. $500 sounds even better but I think youll do okay at $550.

The holster has great reviews on Midway and cost $70 just by itself and I didnt look that exact Sig but the several that I did see were over $600.

That would be a decent price for the pistol alone, even if it had minor condition issues. The package is definitely a steal.
I need a P229 or P226 in .40. My current carry is a G23, but I just cannot shoot the Glock as well as my P245.

The owner claimed he was taking the pistol off the "market by noon today". He sounded like he was in a rush to sell it/needed the money but I haven't heard a word from him.
