Sentricon baiting system

I just a quote on installing a Sentricon system for a 2500 square ft. house with detached garage. $1200.00 for installation and 290.00 per year contract. This is St. Tammany Parish. This seems high to me but don't really know.

From what I deal with mostly on rental property in our area, it runs around $2K for a 10 year contract. The annual renewal seems high, but I don't know your market.

I live in Madisonville, and just got a quote from Ja Roy for Sentricon - much cheaper than that, and my first floor is about 2100 square feet. I think it was about $600 for install and $190 per year contract. Give them a call.

Get termidor. It is the superior treatment, if you can find it for a similar price.
Can't help ya with the pricing though. Good luck with that! Just had to put my two cents in.
