Saving a deers's life with a drone

I was watching a deer chase a doe behind my house and he was heading away from me towards a pretty busy highway so I sent my drone up and herded him back towards my woods behind my house. I think he is the same six pointer I saw last year at this same time chasing does. He ended up coming back out after dark and staying there all night at the edge of the woods. ( I was checking on him with a thermal scope.) This morning at 5:00 he was still in the same spot with the doe. I slipped up on him before daylight and set up in my stand and right when the sun was coming up they moved back into the woods.
This is a very rough video of the deer and the camera work sucks but still pretty cool.

That’s pretty damn cool man. I’ve thought about this before but never pulled the trigger on a drone. What kind of drone are you using?

Probably is illegal but my defense is I was diverting the deer away from a busy highway. Guess it will be up to the jury to decide.

Along with that at the very end the buck cut to the left once he entered the woods. Interesting.

I think bucks are of the attitude of " Oh shite there is danger, every man for himself " where the doe is more like " oh shite there is danger, let me raise my tail so all my fawns can keep track of me as we run for our lives." So kind of like real life.

I would edit the video to state what you are doing. Too many sjw tree huggers out there who would lose their shite over that video without explanation. Tbh they may still lose their shite even with an explanation.
